Agreement Terms and Disclosure Obligations
You will always be able to find the applicable sales and delivery terms on this page. When you complete an order, you will automatically receive an order confirmation with information about your order as well as your return and complaint rights.
We reserve the right to change, expand, or limit the services offered on this website at any time.
Custom-made browbands, or any verbal or written agreement regarding designs other than those available in the webshop, are not subject to return rights and therefore cannot be canceled after the order has been placed
Prices
All prices are listed in DKK and include VAT. You enter your card details via a secure and confidential payment service operated by STRIPE. The amount is only withdrawn from your account once we have shipped—or you have collected—your order. Once you have placed an order, you will receive an electronic invoice for your purchase. This invoice serves as proof of your order.
Discounts
Horse Bling Design offers discounts to all customers through competitions, campaigns, etc.
If an item is on sale, the discount is already deducted from the price displayed in the webshop.
Promotional offers do not apply to already discounted items.
Payment
You can choose to pay in the following ways:
By card:
Dankort, VISA/Dankort, VISA, VISA Electron, and Mastercard/Eurocard. When paying by card, we will only withdraw the amount from your account once your goods have been shipped.

Delivery Options
Shipping within Denmark
Orders for delivery within Denmark are shipped with GLS Parcel Post or DAO.
Shipping within Europe
Orders to addresses outside Denmark are also shipped via DAO.
Delivery Time
Domestic Delivery
Delivery time is 3–5 working days unless otherwise stated at the time of ordering. Orders are only shipped when all items are in stock. If an item is backordered, the customer will be notified. If the item is not in stock within 10 days, the items currently available will be shipped, and the customer will be informed. A new agreement will then be made regarding delivery or cancellation of the remaining items.
Delivery Europe
For international orders, your order will be dispatched within 5–10 business days unless otherwise specified in your order/confirmation. Please note that longer delivery times may apply in some countries.
Return and Right of Withdrawal
You have a 14-day right of withdrawal after receiving your items. The right of withdrawal can only be exercised if the item is returned in the same condition as received. The right lapses if the item is used in a way that clearly decreases its resale value. Returned items must be in the same condition and in original packaging as when received.
When using the right of withdrawal, the customer must pay the return shipping cost.

All products returned to Horse Bling Design must be securely packaged and in original packaging. We recommend sending return items as parcel post so that the package can be tracked and traced in case it does not arrive.
If you cancel a purchase paid online, the purchase amount will naturally be refunded to the same account from which it was debited.
A copy of the receipt or packing slip must be included with the package, along with details such as your bank registration number/account number for the refund. You may also include any prior correspondence, if relevant.
If you wish to exchange for another size, color, or product, Horse Bling Design is happy to send a replacement. Shipping costs for the new item are always paid by the customer.
There is no return right for custom-made products. The above right of return lapses upon order confirmation.
Warranty
As a consumer, you have a 2-year warranty, meaning you may have the item repaired, replaced, refunded, or receive a partial refund depending on the situation. This is subject to the claim being justified.
Warranty vs. Guarantee:
There is no warranty for defects or issues occurring after the item has been used, in accordance with Danish consumer law.
If the item unexpectedly breaks during the warranty period, it will be repaired free of charge at our or the manufacturer’s workshop. Damage resulting from misuse, incorrect handling, modifications, or abuse is not covered.
Applying the Warranty
Complaints regarding defects must be made to Horsebling.dk within a reasonable period after receiving the item.
You can file a complaint by calling +45 5192 3890 or by returning the defective item to our address (see above).
Returned items that are not properly packaged will need to be re-packaged. A fee will be charged to cover Horse Bling Design’s costs for proper packaging. Items sent with "cash on delivery" or without postage will be refused.
Privacy Policy
Payment and Data Collection
When shopping on our webshop, we collect certain personal data:
Name, address, email address, mobile number, and the products you purchase.
This data is notencrypted during storage or transmission.
Card details are encrypted.We do not store your card information.
Your personal data is used to process your order and is stored in accordance with accounting legislation for a period of 5 years from your last purchase.
We also register whether you have accepted our sales and privacy terms, and whether you’ve agreed to receive emails from us.
If you subscribed to our newsletter, we use your information for this purpose. Your data will be stored until you unsubscribe, but at least 5 years from your last purchase.
We do not use your personal data for any other purpose than those listed above.
Sharing of Personal Data
We have a strict policy regarding the handling of your personal data and take your privacy seriously.
We only share data where the user has explicitly granted permission—for example, user-generated content such as reviews.
We do notshare data with third parties not mentioned in these terms.
You may at any time request to be removed from mailing lists or from our webshop database by contacting us. Personal data is stored until we are notified to remove it.
We respect our customers’ and visitors’ right to privacy.
Log Statistics
We use log statistics on our webshop. This means a statistics system collects data to provide insight into visitor behavior, such as how many people visit the site, where they come from, and which pages they exit from.
These statistics are only used to optimize our webshop.
